For those of you in serious need of mental and physical rehabilitation (not to mention cosmetic surgery in John Dillon's case) Celtic
return to the fray against Falkirk in The SPL, Sunday 7th March, We did consider setting up a hight definition TV in a phone booth on
86th Street to accomodate the huge crowd anticipated, but as usual, the match will be broadcast live at The Parlour, kick off
8:15 a.m. EST Saturday 28th February. $10 entry for members, $15 entry for non members. Jim McGinn will be dispensing magic mushrooms
and happy pills to anyone who still harbours hope that Celtic will win the SPL and that Shergar will finally be revealed as the guest
horse in Barry Bank's latest Metropolitan opera performance of The Donkey of Seville, the true story of Celtic's search for a centre
half who could actually run and head a ball. A novel story line.
The New York Celtic Supporters Club
The New York Celtic Supporters Club is the largest and most important focal point for Celtic Supporters in New York City. Founded in 1995, our charter is to provide a Celtic experience second to none, while holding true to the values of Brother Walfrid. We are dedicated to the traditions of charity of the great institution we support and as such we are a club for all people irrespective of race, religion or political persuasion. Our many friends across the globe will testify that all are welcome to watch Glasgow Celtic in the company of The New York Tims!
Depression has settled over Timdom after a frankly gutless and leadershipless performance against the worst Rangers team since King
Billy's horse came up short against a molehill and the fact that crash helmets were not to be invented for another 200 years. Celtic
are now effectively left with trying for the consolation of The Scottish Cup in a season in which we should have been burying
our erstwhile friends from Govan in their phantom Casino plans and space age redeveloped stadium. oh well, we have matches away to
Falkirk and St/ Mirren to look forward to. Are Partick Thistle available by any chance? Good question though, can we buy Portsmouth
and join the EPL that way? Just a thought. Over to you Dermot..
